We collect information you provide directly to us — your name, phone number, email, mailing address, date of birth, vehicle and property details, prior insurance history, and any other details needed to quote and bind a policy. We also receive information from third parties such as motor vehicle reports, credit-based insurance scores, claims histories, and quoting carriers.

When you visit our website we may automatically receive standard log data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and use cookies to remember your preferences and measure traffic.

We use your information to quote and service your insurance policies, respond to inquiries, comply with regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

We share your information with insurance carriers, premium finance companies, claims adjusters, regulators, and third-party service providers (e.g. our agency-management system) strictly as needed to quote, bind, service, or settle a policy or claim.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at the address below. You may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct anything that’s out of date. Some information we are required by law or by our carrier partners to retain.

Our quote request form offers an optional shortcut for sending us your current declarations page. We pre-load a search inside your own email client (Gmail, Outlook, or any provider via a regular mailto: link) so you can locate the right email quickly, and we give you a unique inbound address (something like docs-XXXX@inbound.producerbuilt.com) that exists only for your quote. If you forward an email to that address:

• We only receive what you forward. We never read your inbox; we never ask for your email password; we never receive emails you did not forward.
• From the forwarded message we extract the structured policy fields on the attached declarations-page PDF (carrier, policy number, premium, coverages, vehicles, drivers, dwelling characteristics, etc.) and store those fields against your quote.
• We retain the original forwarded PDF only for as long as necessary to verify the extraction. The email body and any non-policy attachments are discarded.
• Your per-session inbound address is unique, unguessable, and tied to your quote. It is deactivated once your quote is bound, expired, or you tell us you no longer want us reaching out.

Some agencies also offer an opt-in“Connect Gmail” or “Connect Outlook” flow where you can authorize us to search for the declarations email on your behalf instead of forwarding it manually. If you use that opt-in flow:

• We request read-onlyaccess to your inbox. We cannot send, delete, or modify any email.
• We search only for emails from known insurance carriers with PDF attachments matching declarations-page subjects in the last 24 months.
• We do not store the contents of your inbox. We extract the policy data from the one matching declarations page; everything else is discarded.
• We discard your access token within seconds of completing the search. We do not retain a refresh token and we cannot re-enter your inbox without your explicit re-authorization.
• You can revoke this access at any time from your email provider’s security settings (Google Account → Third-party apps; Microsoft Account → App permissions).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
